Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP / IXB & transfer to Pheuntsholing – The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India , Pheuntsholing (also sometimes spelled Phuntsholing) is the second largest town in Bhutan (population around 40,000) and is located on the Indian border, next to the town of Jaigaon . Evening free . Overnight stay at hotel.
After Permit , transfer to Thimphu. Check in at the hotel. Overnight in Thimphu.
After breakfast visit Takin Zoo, BBS Tower,Chang Gangkha Monastery, Buddha Point, Changlimthang Stadium & Archery ground. Afternoon transfer to Paro (65 kms – 1.15 hrs drive). Overnight in Paro.
After breakfast, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum) and then walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong which has a long and fascinating history. Afternoon visit Drukgyel Dzong, the ruined fortress from where Bhutanese repelled several invasion by Tibetan armies. Later visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of theKingdom Return at hotel. Overnight at Paro.
After check out drive to Dooars in India (190kms / 06 – 07 hrs). It’s a famous Wild Life Sanctuary for one horned rhino and Indian elephant. O/n stay at hotel / Resort .
In the morning you can enjoy Jeep safari ( Optional- Own Cost ) inside the grassland of Dooars to watch the great Indian Rhino in their natural habitat. Later drive to Bagdogra/NJP Station (2 hrs ) to your onward journey. – Tour Ends

Taktsang Palphug (Tiger’s Nest) monastery, a sacred site, clings to cliffs above the forested Paro Valley.
The Paro Dzong is one of Bhutans most impressive and well-known dzongs, and perhaps the finest example of Bhutanese architecture. The massive buttressed walls that tower over the town are visible throughout the valley.
Thimphu (also spelled as Thimbu) is the capital and the largest city of Bhutan. It is situated in the western central part of Bhutan ,surrounded by Bhutans dzongkhags valley.
Punakha is the administrative centre of Punakha dzongkhag, one of the 20 districts of Bhutan. Punakha was the capital of Bhutan and the seat of government until 1955, when the capital was moved to Thimphu. It is about 72 km away from Thimphu and it takes about 3 hours by car from the capital Thimphu. Unlike Thimphu it is quite warm in winter and hot in summer
