Arrive Srinagar, where you will be met upon arrival and transferred to your deluxe houseboat/Hotel.Afternoon enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting Char Chinar, Floating, Vegetable gardens etc, and witness walnut. Afternoon visit the Mughal Gardens, ishat Bagh (Abode Of pleasure), built by Asif Khan brother-in-law of Jehangir in 1632 AD, Shalimar Garden Bagh (Abode of Love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. These beautiful mountains are situated on the bank of DalLake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. Distance from Srinagar is about 12 and 15 kms. respectively. Enroute, visit a carpet weaving factory and ShankracharyaDinner & Overnight: Deluxe Houseboats.
Full day excursion to Sonamarg (Golden Meadow) a distance of about 83 kms will be covered about 2-½ hrs. Sonamarg lies in Sindh Valley surrounded by mountains and meadows full of Flowers. It is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. Return to Srinagar in the evening.Dinner & Overnight: Deluxe Houseboat.
Drive to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers, 2730 mts. Above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered In about 2 hrs. It has delightful ski slopes and the highest 18 hole golf course of the world. If weather permits, you Can also have a breathtaking view of Nanga Parbat. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is magnificent. You can also go on a short trek upto Khilangmarg, in about 3 hrs. Enjoy Gandola ride. Late afternoon drive Back to Srinagar. Pack Lunch will be carried from Houseboat.Dinner & overnight: Deluxe Houseboat.
After an early breakfast leave for Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds via Srinagar. Drive through Saffron fields, Visit Awantipura ruins of a 1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman. Drive through the Pine forest and along Lidder River. The total distance of About 140 kms will be covered in about 4 hrs. Arrive Pahalgam and transfer to your hotel.Free at leisure . Overnight: Deluxe Houseboat.
After breakfast, transfer to airport catch flight for onward destination.

Kashmir lies in the northwestern region of South Asia. Kashmir has been noted for its fine arts for centuries, including poetry and handicrafts. A major attraction in Kashmir is their traditional art and crafts, especially Kashmiri carpets, in both wool and silk with Persian design, jewellery boxes, mirror frames, intricately carved walnut wood furniture, beautiful woollen shawls, and much more.
The famous Dal Lake of Srinagar has been described as "hardly what one would expect a lake to be like - its a maze of intricate waterways and channels, floating islands of vegetation, houseboats that look so firmly moored they could almost be islands and hotels on islands which look like they could simply float away". The famous Dal Lake has shrunk from an area of 16 sq. kms in the 1980s to about 9 sq. kms today.
The drive to Sonamarg is through the Sindh Valley which presents yet another spectacular facet of countryside in Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m, Sonamarg (‘The meadow of gold’) has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer months. Three lakes viz Kishensar,Vishensar and Gangabal can be viewed from Nichnai Pass. 20 Kms east of Sonamarg is Zoji-La Pass at 3540 mtrs which leads into Ladakh Plateau. Sonamarg mainly offers trekking adventure. Trekking can be undertaken to Thajiwas Glacier which is very beautiful.
The meadow of Flowers is a world famous tourist spot in the Baramulla Distt of Kashmir. Gulmarg is known for unparalled beauty nad is rated as one of the matchless tourist spots of the world.It is famous for Golf hikes and boasts of a beautiful highland golf course. It is premier resort for winter sports in the country. The famous shrine of Baba Reshi is also located near Gul Marg noted muslim saint who is revered by all faiths. Gulmarg-Khilanmarg-Apharwat-Alpather is one of the important trekking routes
This is a quaint little village nestled on the banks of river Lidder. This place is an anglers delight and even an amateur can catch a rainbow trout from the rushing streams. Kolahoi is a popular destinantion via Aru a charming meadow. Pahalgam is base camp for the pilgrims of Amarnath.
