PACKAGE PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Online Booking Procedure

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book online” section of this package OR 10,000/- per person.
• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher/exchange order in your email.
• You will get intimation from our support staff about your booking status.
• We will initiate the process at our end while you sit back and relax at your home and dream about your holiday.
• The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
• You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveller would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
• You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveller would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
• You will need to make payment of booking amount of 10,000/- per person at the time of booking process is undertaken.
• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveller would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
• You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
• No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not. Kindly note some tours are totally non- refundable.
• You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
• When your visa is successfully done
• Your hotel rooms are booked.
• Your Flights are confirmed.
• Any other inclusion in the package.
• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.
• If your booking has foreign exchange element our office will inform you at the time of booking the exchange rate based on which our tour quote is based, however, in case of any increase in exchange rate the quote will be revised accordingly. You may opt to make full payment on the day of booking to freeze the above quote.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
• You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveller would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
